Raw footage or RAW photo files, a link or reference for the look you want, and any brand assets like logos, fonts, or LUTs. A short brief on tone and pacing helps too.
Any shared drive works — Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Frame.io. We'll send a delivery link back the same way once your project is ready.
Unused items don't roll over month to month, but you can swap a video credit for extra photo edits, or the reverse, if you let us know before your files are due.
You do. Once a project is delivered, full rights to the edited video and photo files are yours to publish, license, or reuse however you'd like.
Yes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract — email us before your next billing date to change tiers or cancel.
